I wish I could comment on the technical aspects of this photo. As things stand, it has an incredible amount of detail and some lovely muted tones. The sense of depth is tremendous, and one of the things I really appreciate is that it is not too centered. It feels like we're approaching the archway from a more natural, spontaneous angle.

A complaint: if you look at the line of tile at the bottom, it doesn't exactly match up with the border of the photo. Still. This is quite excellent and a huge credit to travel photography. The pattern on the tile is well-captured and the light, captured in a way by the archway and now by the camera, never needed any comment.
